Reservation policy

The reservations must be guaranteed by depositing the amount related with the first night of stay. Regarding those bookings whose have been done in the 4 days earlier to the fixed date to occupy the room, without deposit of anticipation, the Hotel Natxiondo safe itself the right to bill to the client the price of the first night.

Allocation of rooms:
The responsible of reception will assign the rooms according to the forecast of check in and check out. The way to assign the rooms is:

• Room for handicapped persons
• Specific room by request of client
• Rooms for smokers
• Reasons of the responsible, to facilitate the organization of the remaining rooms.

Cancellation policy

The client will lose the right to the refund of the anticipation if he does not appear in the foreseen date. If the cancellation of the booking is done before 7 days with regard to the date of check in, the quantity of the anticipation will be returned to the client. If the cancellation of the booking is done after 7 days with regard to the fixed date, but giving to the hotel 2 days to reorganize the general reservation, the received quantity will stay in deposit for three months, after that the client will lose the right to the refund of the anticipation.

The Hotel Natxiondo has rooms and prepared areas for smokers (rooms 02, 11 and lounge)
